Dr. Bridget Isaac
Isaac has dedicated more than two decades to serving urban youth, beginning as a teacher for detained youth with the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice and later as a Senior Mental Health Counselor with the Georgia Department of Corrections. Building on this foundation, Isaac gained extensive teaching experience in Fulton County Schools in Georgia. She was eventually promoted to school leadership and administration as principal of a K-8 academy in Ohio. Over the years, Isaac has supported students in such roles as teacher, graduation coach, and student support coordinator, working with youth across all grade levels, ages 5-22. As a certified Life Coach, Isaac combines academic instruction, mental health, and life-success coaching expertise to guide high school and college students in the metro Atlanta area.
Currently, as the Executive Director of JWellness, Isaac leads efforts to provide transformative resources that educate, inspire, and empower students, fostering strong, resilient communities of lifelong learners and achievers. She is an alum of Rutgers University (1988) and
Clark Atlanta University (2006 + 1999).
